Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Sacred light

“Being the light of the world is about being a broken, exploding, scarred star and shining a light of hope and inspiration to everyone around you.”
― Ricky Maye, Barefoot Christianity

Light
If it is truly light
Is not easily contained

Sacred light
Is powerful
wild free

it explodes into the darkness
scattering angel fire
leaving no one untouched

light bearer
light receiver

both are transformed
refined
scarred
expended

changed in ways painful and beautiful
aflame with sacred fire
light in the darkness
