Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Step into the Dark

“i St
ep
into the not
merely immeasurable into
the mightily alive the
dear beautiful eternal night”
― E.E. Cummings

the moon is a sliver
the darkness profound

deep and silent

but not so silent
this bottomless blackness

an owl hoots

a mother cow
bawls for its baby
desperation

a cat prowls

the wind sings the blues
sighing through the trees

a million points of light
flicker
flicker

the sky lives
and I am wrapped gently
gently
by the eternal

and so
I rest
peace
