Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Reflected Glory

Many of us have made our world so familiar that we do not see it anymore. An interesting question to ask yourself at night is, What did I really see this day?”

in the vagueness of dawn
a smattering of clouds
lounge on the horizon
gray and wraithlike

lacking substance
and
life

waiting for the light

then
kissed by the sun
they begin to glow

reflecting
a glory not yet seem

then brighter still
now dazzling white
against brilliant blue

holding the presence of Sacred fire

O Sacred light
so touch my life
that I may reflect
the penetrating fire
of your presence
and
love
