Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

The Eternal Place Within

Deep within every life, no matter how dull or ineffectual it may seem from the outside,
There is something eternal happening.
                                                                                John O’Donohue, Anam Cara, p. 128

who are we, really?
what are we, really

we walk through this life
with bodies that are all too frail
and prone to affliction

we walk through life assailed by
powers from without
battered by demons within

we feel our mortality

and yet
in our wounded tissue
we carry the holy
there is an eternal place within

we carry the divine
which is woven into our being
hidden, sometimes
it dark crevices

but there to be
awakened
protected
cherished
nourished

Soul
Spirit
Sacred Presence

this is our greatest work
this is how we survive
and even flourish

by coming into fellowship,
companionship,

by coming home
to our Sacred Self
