Through fear towards Love

Would you not go through fear to love?

For such the journey seems to be.

the fawn

hidden unhidden in the grass

trembling lies flat

it has been taught not to move

not a muscle

it has been taught fear

to hide

to run

and so it lies alone and frozen

and yet

curious too

about this one who comes not to harm

but to admire

ah we trembling frightened ones

what we seek

is not to be found in our running or hiding

but in our movement through fear

towards

love
