Start the Revlution

Jesus came to start a revolution

“You have heard it said, get even……

                but I say… love your enemies”

the leader, he got down in the dust

and washed feet like as servant

it was a revolution of love

forgiveness

acceptance

and compassion

but those who have hijacked his name

have turned the revolution

into a counter revolution

and push a religion of

judgment

exclusion

and punishment 

(lets make those lazy moochers on welfare feel their unworthiness)

people say the Christian church is dying

perhaps it needs to

long live the revolution

let us
