Time for detox

Sometimes the spigot is worthless

clogged by minerals so the water can no longer flow

only a dribble comes out

not enough to water the horses

or nourish the law

and things grow brown and dry

and wither away

souls too can get clogged

fear and hate

old wounds

failures

greed

can stop the flow

of living water

and we can become

toxic

deadly to ourselves

and those around us

but as we connect

vines to the branch

the sacred flows

opening

cleansing

helping us not only learn but unlearn

helping us not only fill be empty

fountains

abound
