Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Dare we believe?

Can we believe
There is a new world coming?
Can we believe
In love?

We are assaulted each day
By the darkness
Which crawls across the earth

Terror and death
Lies and more lies
Bullies intimidating
Greed consuming

Can we believe
There is a new world coming?
Can we believe in love?

Inner demons shriek and wail
And voices assail our soul
They tell us we cannot believe
The time will never come

Ah, but then those “dappled things”
Hints of grace in sky and tree
In mountains high
In golden leaves
And gentle does
All creation pierced with grace
The elegant and the twisted alike

Can we believe in a new world coming?
Can we believe in love?

Moments of joy break through in a smile
Moments of hope in the face of a child
And love flows free in the touch of a hand
And we know
We are not alone

We can believe in a new world coming
We can believe in love
