Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

The View From the Gutter

“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.”
― Oscar Wilde, Lady Windermere's Fan
____________________________________________________

we live in the gutter
the place where all that is rotten
and smelly goes

Gehenna
The garbage dump
Of emotions and thoughts

Place where hopes and dreams
Are fouled

We are all there
In one way or another
One moment or another

And yet
Somewhere up there
Out there
The stars sparkle
The beacons of heaven
Calling us
home
