Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Hope

Even in the dark of night
when all is frozen
and snow
stark white

shrouds the earth
in a frigid cloak

the full moon rises
its peculiar light conquering the darkness
making the snow glitter

and waking creation
which capers in its light

so too, in the “winter of our discontent”
Sacred light
Inimitable and irresistible
Shines in the darkness
Setting our souls aflame
and our hearts
a dancin’

hope
