Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

The heart that is broken

the world is full
of broken hearts

full of people who have hoped
and loved
and given their all
and trusted
and then
sadly

ended up alone

the one loved
has walked away
turned to someone else
chased after other things

the one loved has
moved on
to what is next
call it heaven

or simply departed from one's life
for reasons
no one can control

but they are gone

and
how painful it is

yet

the broken heart means
something tried
something sought
it means that one gave it all
and trusted
and risked

and in that trusting and risking
in those moments of being open
something happens
something that makes us who we are
who we want to be

much better than being frozen
by fear
