Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

living on the edge

Be careful to stay on the edge… hunkering down in the safe zone can be fatal

If you are not on the edge
You are taking up too much room

Sometime we live on the edge
we push the envelop
in terms of who we are and what we do
we walk along the edge of the abyss
risking the fatal plunge
but in that
tip toeing along the edge is life
sometimes we hunker down in old patterns
or worse we
let others define us
we hear them say
“stay away from the edge its not safe”
they tell us how to think
how to dress
even who we should root for during bowl mania
they alter us
if we can make God in our own image
imagine what we can do to other people
imagine what people can do to us
so there are times to walk along the edge
it’s not safe
it’s not comfortable
and sometimes we take painful plunges
but we find out who we are
and who the sacred one created us to be
and we are
real
