Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

I would like to live

I would like to live
Like a river flows,
Carried by the surprise
Of its own unfolding
                John O’Donohue, conamara blues, p.23

I think
I think too much

stumbling through life
regretting the past
and worrying about the future

never seeing the ground beneath my feet

perhaps there is a time
for living not thinking

simply feeling the ground beneath one’s feet
smelling the pines on a warm autumn afternoon
feeling the crisp air against one’s face

perhaps there is a time
for soaking up warmth of the sun
and hospitality of Sacred Love

a time to feel the lightness of being
to laugh and hope
to skip and twirl and dance

child of grace
