We must begin with a foundational "yes" to who
we are and to what is. This is mature religion's primary function. It creates
the bedrock foundation for all effective faith. You must begin with original
blessing and not original sin. If you begin with the negative or a problem, the
whole journey remains largely a negative problem-solving exercise.

whatever happened to the divine yes?
the yes we see
each day
in the rising of the sun
the beauty of nature
the yes that rings forth

the yes after yes after yes after yes
we saw in the life of a man named
Jesus
God is not about no
God is about yes
we must begin with yes
yes you are loved
yes you are a child of God
yes you are forgiven and accepted
yes you are beautiful,
amazing, wonderful
you are
God’s yes
believe it
live it
give it
