Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Wait and Hope

"Live, then, and be happy, beloved children of my heart, and never forget, that until the day God will deign to reveal the future to man, all human wisdom is contained in these two words, 'Wait and Hope.”
                                                                                                      Alexandre Dumas

O beloved children of my heart
there is so much more
so much
that is possible
so much that is promised
by no one less than the Sacred One

so much
lurking on the edges of
what we know as reality
that we do not fully know or understand

fleeting glimpses come
a touch of compassion here
a selfless act there

people revealing, if only for an instant
Sacred Presence
Love

There are transient moments
when the fullness of eternity
stirs in “the clay of our hearts”1

and the Sacred promise awakens

and in the midst of our longing
we find a place to stand
and wait
in
hope
