Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

A Divine Messenger

“Laughter is carbonated holiness.”
― Anne Lamott

________________________________

in the fuzzy early morning I lie
prepared to be assailed
by thoughts unpleasant
again

and then
stealthily
it begins
that small pink tongue
doggedly try to clean the back of my head

and then a
yellow, brown, white head bump

and finally
warm and soft
God as cat
curls and snuggles, purring
on my chest

who can reject such a divine messenger ?

  1. I couldn't. Dog.. cat. . Animal love is the unconditional love of God. They simply love you for you.
