Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

A fall moment

There is stands
that lonely Maple
in a forest of endless green

lurking among
the firs and pines
and lowly juniper

all summer it has hidden
a brighter green
nestled among its
stolid neighbors

but now on this crisp fall morning
its is suddenly
amazingly
brilliant red

the cold morning breeze
nips at my face
reminding me
that the earth stirs
and it is time for change

Thank you God for seasons
and for the wind of the Spirit
that nips at my soul
and makes things amazingly
and brilliantly new
