I am a wanderer. I would say that I am a seeker, but sometimes I have no idea what I might be seeking, so I will stick with wanderer. This blog is more a public journal than anything. I don't claim to have life figured out. I simply stumble from mystery to mystery, and share my reflections along the way. Sometimes I feel burdened, and trudge. Sometimes? Well sometimes grace breaks through, and its time to dance.

Small Acts of Kindness
When you say something really unkind, when you do
something in retaliation your anger increases. You make the other person
suffer, and he will try hard to say or to do something back to get relief from
his suffering. That is how conflict escalates.”

It takes so little to get it started
the hate
the fear
one little word
one moment of rejection
one instant
when for whatever reason
(usually power)
we do something, or say something
to lessen
to erode
Repugnicans (repugnant aren’t they)
Libtards (stupid fools)
druggie
freak
loser
and so it grows
the fear the hate
fueled by voices on TV
fueled by lying memes on Facebook
so it grows
anger
and suffering
more anger
more suffering
but it takes so little to stop it,
if those who love the Sacred try!
so little to stop
the hate
the fear
one little word
one moment of acceptance and compassion
one act of kindness
one instant
when for whatever reason
(Spirit powered)
we do something, or say something
to build
and encourage
and love
