Welcome

Primitive religion is not believed, it is danced!

Arthur Darby Nock

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
And only he who sees takes off his shoes;
The rest sit round it and pluck blackberries.

Catch the wind

" The winds of grace .... are always blowing,
but it is you ... that must raise your sails. "

- Rabindranath Tagore

the wind of the Spirit is blowing

sometimes howling
ripping through the soul like a mighty wind

sometimes gentling touching
barely caressing
like loving fingers on a cheek

the wind of grace, the wind of love
powerful
compelling

impelling us into acts of love and generosity

but we must open the windows
and let it howl
we must face into the wind
arms wide open

and catch the wind!

In the chilly hours and minutes
Of uncertainty, I want to be
In the warm hold of your loving mind

To feel you all around me
And to take your hand along the sand
Ah, but I may as well try and catch the wind….

For standin' in your heart
Is where I want to be and long to be
Ah, but I may as well try and catch the wind
