God
In Jesus you came
Not as an apparition in the sky
But as a baby
You lived as any child lived
Playing in the dirt
You lived in the middle of the mess
I don’t really understand all of that
It seems rather odd to me
But it does tell me one thing
Your goal was not to “teach us how to go to heaven
But how to be a human being here as this earth” (Richard
Rohr)
Jesus was
love
Acceptance
Forgiveness
Healing
Listening
Hope
Compassion
Hmmmmmm
OK God
I get it!
When extending these things to others remember to put yourself on that list of individuals He considers worthy of your Love, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Healing, Listening,Hope, Compassion.
